Easy Returns & Refunds: Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

 At Hot Trends Online,  we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. 

What can be returned?

 You can return most new, unused, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  All Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels or stickers attached. 

Clothing - Must be unworn, unsoiled and returned with Original packaging and tags. 

Electronics - Must be contain original stickers, barcodes and packaging intact. 

Household Items - Must have all labels including barcodes and original packaging.

 

 The following items cannot be returned:

     Items that have been used, washed, or worn

    Items that are missing tags or original packaging

    Items that are considered final sale (these will be clearly marked on the product page)

    Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

    Customized or personalized items

 

 How to return an item:

     Contact Us: Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service team by email at support@hottrendsonline.com or by phone at 201-315-3323. They will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on how to ship your item back to us.

Important: Transfer, back up, or erase all data on the item and then reset it to factory settings. Google isn’t responsible for the use or disclosure of data on the item.

  1. Include these items in your package:
    • The box your purchase came in.
    • The item or accessory.
    • If eligible for refund: Include other accessories, documentation, and anything else that came with the item.
    • If eligible for replacement: Only include the item you’re exchanging.
  2. Remove these items from your package:
    • SIM card
    • Item cases
    • Extended batteries
    • Accessories that didn’t come with the item

Pack Your Return: Carefully pack your unused item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation with the returned item(s).

    Ship Your Return: Ship your return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.  You will receive a notification email once your refund has been processed. 

 Return Shipping Costs:

     Return Shipping is Free within the United States

 Exchanges:

 Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges for returned items.  However, you can return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the correct item(s). 

 

International Returns:

 We currently only accept returns from customers located in the countries we currently ship to.
