Under what circumstances do we offer a refund?

We offer full refunds for the following reasons:

  • Products Never Arrived: If your order never arrives within the estimated delivery timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Damaged on Arrival: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement.
  • Faulty Manufacturing or Broken After Use (Warranty): We offer a 90 Day warranty on our products against manufacturing defects. If your item breaks within the warranty period due to faulty manufacturing, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
  • Changed Your Mind: If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund.
  • Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you and the return of the wrong item.

When can you expect a refund?

You can expect to receive your refund within 10 business days of us receiving your return and your return being processed. We will send a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

How to initiate a refund:

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Order Information: Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  3. Return Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to return your item.

Required Documents:

  • Order Confirmation: Please include a copy of your order confirmation email with your return.
  • Photo of Damaged Item (if applicable): If your item arrived damaged, please take a clear photo of the damage and include it with your return.

Complete Steps to Initiate a Refund:

  1. Package your return securely: Pack the item(s) you are returning in their original packaging, if possible.
  2. Include the Return Authorization Number (RMA): Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
  3. Ship your return: Ship your return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Please note: This refund policy applies to returned items only. We do not currently offer exchanges through our online return process. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you need to initiate the return process for the unwanted item. Then Place a new order for the correct item.
