Your Order Cancellation Rights

We will reimburse You no later than 10 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

 In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure of the following:

  • All items must have purchase receipts
  • Clothing Items: Must be unworn, undamaged and with tags attached.
  • Electronics: Must have barcodes and labels intact.
  • Household Items. Unused and undamaged with barcodes and stickers intact.
  • The Goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The following Goods cannot be returned:
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods that are missing tags or original packaging
  • Goods that are considered final sale (these will be clearly marked on the product page)

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. They will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to ship your return items back to us.
  3. They will provide you with the Address to ship your return back to us


Packing your return Goods.

 Pack Your Return: Carefully pack your unused item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation with the returned item(s).

     Ship Your Return: Ship your return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.  You will receive a notification email once your refund has been processed. 

 Return Shipping Costs:

     Return Shipping is Free within the United States


 Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges for returned items.  However, you can return your unwanted item(s) and place a new order for the correct item(s). 


International Returns:

 We currently only accept returns from customers located in the countries we currently ship to.
