PROCESSING TIMES

Orders can take 2 - 3 business days to be processed before shipment Monday -Friday before 2PM.

Any possible taxes and duties applicable to your order may be applied by customs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES

We only ship to the following countries. All orders are shipped using Postal Service for each respective country. 

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, France, Spain, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland.

Processing Time is 2-3 business days.

Transit Time is 6-9 business days

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Should there be any shipping delays within our control, (meaning before the order is shipped) customer will be notified prior to shipment and will be allowed the opportunity to request a full refund if they decide not to wait for the delayed shipment.
